About US
Stepping Up and Out Ministry was founded in September 2011 by Pastor Phillpotts who instructed by the Holy Spirit, identified nine visionary women, who were provided with holistic training. This resulted in various areas of success in ministry, entrepreneurship, marriages and births. Through this the ministry was created to uplift individuals and communities through spiritual growth, mentorship, and outreach.
We are dedicated to fostering holistic growth for individuals of all ages and cultures, with the Word of God as its guiding foundation. Our mission is to provide opportunities to deepen faith, build meaningful connections, and experience transformational moments that inspire purpose and joy. Meet our Founder: Rev. Mechel Phillpotts, D.D.
The Stepping Out Empowerment Foundation Ministry was birthed from the vision and unwavering faith of its founder Dr. Mechel Phillpotts. Deeply rooted in her faith, she has dedicated her life to preaching and teaching the Word of God, empowering individuals and religious organizations to build solidify their foundation.
She empowers individuals to embrace their God-given purpose. With a heart for ministry and a passion for holistic growth, both Dr. Phillpotts and her husband Pastor George Phillpotts combine their unique strengths to inspire others to live fulfilled, purpose-driven lives through the transformative power of the Word of God.. On Christ, the solid rock I stand; all other ground is sinking sand. I thank God for Pastor Mechel, who answered His mandate to launch Stepping Out Ministry. She was called to mentor, empower, and serve as a spiritual mother to the nine women God chose by name—and I am honored to be one of them. My name is Evangelist Nadine Blackwood Campbell, and I know I was called for such a time as this. As Luke 14:23 reminds us, God has commissioned me to go to the highways and hedges, to compel others to come, so that His house may be filled.
